Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deliver complex software solutions using modern web application stack
- Work with Python-based backend systems and frontend applications
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Independently own significant technical work and contribute to system-level design
- Write well-tested maintainable and scalable code
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers on evolving requirements
- Participate fully in agile development ceremonies and processes
- Support production workloads and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor team members and guide technical decisions during delivery
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and surface risks early
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of software development experience in leadership roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Python programming
- Strong experience with or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
- Extensive AWS cloud platform experience
- Proven ability to work with large evolving codebases
- Experience supporting production environments and workloads
- Strong database design and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
