Program background and goals

Test Lead Responsibilities

Develop and continuously update a comprehensive test strategy and test plan aligned with the evolvingprogram test phases timelines and environments.
Lead endtoend testing across WaTech and relevant OneWA scenarios including functional integration regression performance and businessled UAT.
Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases execution dashboards and defects as the system of record.
Coordinate with testing leadership and SMEs to define scope validate priorities and obtain approvals on testing artifacts.

Detailed Work Packages

Test strategy and planning: riskbased enterprisealigned strategy; define KPIs; prioritize highrisk use cases and allocate resources; maintain documentation and communicate readiness.
Test case development: create and maintain traceable endtoend and integrationfocused test caseswith a central repository and RTM reviewed and approved by SMEs and PM.
Test execution and defect management: manage execution across all test phases ensure SME participation define severity and escalation run regular defect triage and provide defect and risk reporting.
Test data and environment management: define and coordinate environment and data needs ensure stable productionlike and secure data and escalate environment/data readiness as program risks.
Test automation: evaluate tools build and maintain regression/CI automation focused on highrisk repetitive scenarios and ensure AIrelated tools comply withgovernance or fall back to manual testing.
Cutover planning and execution: provide testing inputs to cutover decisions leadcutover tasks and coordination and ensure test exit criteria (defects dispositioned RTM complete UAT approved formal signoff) are met before golive.
