We are looking for a Service Leader F&B (Bartender) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Recommend beverages based on guests preferences and promote signature drinks.
- Ensure consistent service quality and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Set up and close the bar ensuring all equipment and supplies are in proper condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area following hygiene standards.
- Monitor and control inventory of beverages garnishes and bar supplies.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a bartender preferably in a hotel or highend establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and bar techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with a team-player mindset.
- Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
