Job Description

Since our early beginnings in Hamburg Germany we have expanded to offices around the globe including Singapore Tokyo Vancouver and Cyprus. We pride ourselves on delivering 24/7 support to our clients from our team of product experts.
We are currently seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our Navigation team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in the marine industry and a solid understanding of service operations in a maritime environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of electronic equipment on ships.
Troubleshooting and repair of navigation equipment both on board and ashore
Providing In-house support and 2nd level support
Facilitating Training for ships-crew on equipment operation and maintenance
Commissioning and Preparation of equipment deliveries
Creating digital Training materials and support documentation
Job Qualifications:
Expertise in electronics and mechanics
Good English speaking and writing
Proficient in MS office applications
Readiness and willingness to travel as required
Strong technical abilities
Experience with ship electronics is a plus but not mandatory
Work permit for Singapore
This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
