What you will do:
This role is expected to support data cleaning organization and analysis of the IR SEA installed base. This includes standardizing customer and product data segmenting customers and helping identify growth opportunities such as upsell renewals and expansion. The intern will also assist in creating dashboards reports and simple recommendations that guide sales and marketing teams in developing targeted growth strategies.
How you will do it:
Reclassify identify and align IR SEA installed base data
Deduplicate records standardize fields and map records to a single consistent data model
Link accounts contacts products contracts and service events to create a complete installed base picture
Collect and analyze customer data to support tailored growth strategies
Define data collection plan and identify data sources
Segment customers by relevant attributes (region industry company size product family lifecycle stage usage patterns)
Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to uncover growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell expansion renewals churn risk adoption gaps)
Create dashboards and regular reports to monitor key indicators and progress against growth objectives
Classify and report on key growth areas based on data collection
Translate data findings into clearly defined growth opportunities categorized by product geography market segment and lifecycle stage
Prioritize opportunities using a simple impact/effort framework and align with regional growth goals
Produce regular executive-friendly reports and visualizations that highlight top opportunities potential revenue impact and recommended actions
Partner with sales marketing customer success and product teams to develop action plans and initial experiments or pilots
Document recommended playbooks outreach ideas and measurement plans for each opportunity
