Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone email and chat regarding:

Provide accurate information on airline policies terms and conditions

Handle customer concerns with empathy professionalism and efficiency

Ensure compliance with legal and operational airline procedures
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
-
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while representing a premium airline brand
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday including Portuguese bank holidays

08:00 17:00 (Portuguese time)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (paid over 14 months)

Performance Bonus: 75 per year

Complexity Bonus: 150 per year

Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day (net)

Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Performance Bonus: up to 900 gross/year
