Job Summary

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading international airline company in this role you will support airline customers across multiple channels ensuring a smooth professional and customer-focused experience throughout their journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in travel aviation and international customer service with structured schedules and relocation support available.

Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable)
Start Date: 05 February 2026
Languages Required: German (Native) & English (Advanced)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone email and chat regarding:

    • Flight bookings

    • Schedule changes

    • Cancellations and refunds

  • Provide accurate information on airline policies terms and conditions

  • Handle customer concerns with empathy professionalism and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with legal and operational airline procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while representing a premium airline brand

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday including Portuguese bank holidays

  • 08:00 17:00 (Portuguese time)

  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Compensation

  • Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (paid over 14 months)

  • Performance Bonus: 75 per year

  • Complexity Bonus: 150 per year

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day (net)

  • Transport Allowance: 20 per month

  • Performance Bonus: up to 900 gross/year

Candidate Profile

  • Native-level German

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced structured environment

  • Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
