Job Summary
Are you a Lithuanian speaker living in Portugal and looking for a stable remote job with weekends off
An international customer experience company is hiring Lithuanian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Digital Automotive Services project.
This is a fully remote position for candidates already living in mainland Portugal.
Location
Remote from mainland Portugal
(Unfortunately candidates from the islands cannot be considered.)

Schedule
Monday Friday
08:00 17:00
Weekends off
Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Lithuanian and English

Assist customers via phone email and chat

Resolve service inquiries and provide accurate information

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Document interactions in internal systems
Requirements
-
Native or fluent Lithuanian

English B2 level or higher

Currently living in Portugal (mainland)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits

920 base salary (14 months)

45 complexity bonus (11 months)
