Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days

Future schedule may change to 24/7 shifts (TBC by the client).

Salary & Benefits:

920 gross x14 months
45 bonus x11 months

Strong customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of e-commerce products and services
Ability to handle high contact volumes
