About the Role
This 12month secondment offers the opportunity to design and deliver sustainable ways of working that enhance the Customer Service experience. Youll collaborate across Real Estate Infrastructure and senior leaders to support a futurefocused operating model and strategic workforce evolution.
What Youll Do
Lead planning and delivery of the Customer Service real estate program of work to improve workplace experience and align with strategic goals
Collaborate with Real Estate Infrastructure and senior leaders to design environments and technology solutions that support our workforce
Oversee the delivery of Infrastructure employee experience initiatives to ensure sites are equipped with the right tools and technology
Develop strategic papers reports and presentations that help leaders make informed decisions about future operating models
Maintain visibility of the current real estate footprint infrastructure standards and workforce models to identify improvement opportunities
Build strong relationships across Customer Service and shared functions to support smooth delivery and change readiness
What Youll Bring
Experience in project delivery strategy business improvement or change management with the ability to translate insights into practical action
Confidence creating business papers reports and presentations that influence decisionmaking
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and senior stakeholders
Ability to plan strategically and adapt to changing requirements while maintaining clear priorities
Proven capability in identifying risks analysing complex information and recommending wellsupported solutions
Comfort working in dynamic environments and supporting others through change
