Administers basic & advanced respiratory care therapeutics and diagnostic services.
Responsible for the shift assignment of work and resources including allocation of staff equipment assignments and scheduling.
Utilizes standards guidelines protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery.
Actively participates in Quality Improvement direct observations and medical record reviews.
Respiratory Therapists are responsible for point of care testing as designated by the Medical Director including specimen collection testing patient samples at the bedside or near-patient and for performing quality control proficiency testing and maintenance of the point of care devices.

Salary Range: Minimum 45.79/hour - Maximum 75.51/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
