Job Summary
Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quick Lube Lead to join our team in Saginaw this role you will oversee daily operations of our quick lube service department ensuring efficient service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of technicians maintain quality standards and work closely with management to drive service performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise quick lube technicians to ensure high-quality service and timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate daily workflow and scheduling to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Train mentor and support team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain equipment and inventory levels to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and state regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for service growth and process improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive quick lube services or similar automotive maintenance role.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive fluids maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
