$33 per hour 12% Super

Monday Friday role - 6:30am - 2:30pm
Full-time position
Parking provided on site

THE POSITION

Preparation cooking and presentation of food ensuring an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
Influencing food costs via portion control waste minimisation & stock control
Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

THE PERSON

Chefs Trade Qualifications
Experienced working in fast past high volume environment
Able to work within a budget
A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS Food Safety & HACCP regulations
