Endpoint Engineer:

CAVA is looking for an EndpointEngineer with proven experience in modern endpoint management platforms andsecurity to join our team. This role will be responsible for the developmentimplementation and management of a secure standardized client and mobility environment. The ideal candidate must function as asubject matter expert for endpoint management and provide escalation support forcomplex endpoint issues.

WhatYoull Do:

Oversee and support the maintenance of CAVAsendpoint environment including patching application packaging and deployment.

Establisha patch management cadence and protocol to ensure all endpoints are consistentlyupdated to mitigate potential threats.

Activelyresearch recommend and implement improvements to our existing infrastructureand processes to improve efficiency and security.

Conductfor escalated client issues todevelop and implement long-term solutions and system enhancements.

Designtest validate and implement large scale enterprise endpoint solutionsincluding device configurations operating system deployments and softwaredistribution.

Documentsystem configurations deployment processes and changes within the environment.

Partnerwith the CAVA IT Security Team to develop and maintain endpoint securitystandards in line with CAVAs security policies and best practices.

Createstandardized client configurations of operating systems and software to ensuredeployment feasibility with both new and existing hardware.

Overseethe deployment maintenance and administration of CAVAs endpoint managementplatforms for Windows MacOS iOS and Android endpoints.

Overseeendpoint licensing procurement and ensure licensing compliance for allendpoints and associated services at CAVA.

Hostregular sessions with internal teams to disseminate knowledge of endpointmanagement technologies and best practices.

Lead endpoint related initiativesensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while managingtimeline expectations within and across teams.

The Qualifications:

Minimumof 2 years of experience with demonstrated success as an engineer providing atrack record of driving change and fostering innovation

Extensive knowledge of and hands-onexperience with enterprise Endpoint Management Platforms

Proven track record of supporting endpointenvironments and vulnerability management processes including patching aswell as application packaging and deployment.

Proficiency with scripting in bash andPowerShell

Proven ability to research develop andtest complex solutions independently

Strong knowledge of systems networkingsecurity software and client hardware

Excellent collaboration communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical conceptseffectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to take ownershipof systems and projects consistently delivering high-quality outcomes

Occasional travel required

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science IT Systems Engineering or a related field preferred

Physical Requirements:

Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment

Forcertain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds

Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations as applicable

Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
