Job Summary
ShapeSolutions is seeking confident Calling Agents to manage inbound and outbound sales interactions with UK-based clients mainly in legal and professional services. You will handle calls understand client needs present our services professionally and help grow our UK-focused business. This is a stable office-based role with structured processes and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK clients.
Promote and sell service-based offerings especially in legal and professional services.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client requirements.
Present services clearly and professionally according to UK standards.
Qualify leads negotiate terms and close deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales pipeline regularly.
Meet monthly targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams and UK clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English (UK client-facing level).
35 years of experience in sales service-industry sales or client calling roles.
Proven experience dealing with UK-based clients or companies.
Strong phone presence and professional communication style.
Comfortable working UK time zones from Islamabad office.
Self-motivated disciplined and target-driven.
Preferred (Strong Advantage):
Previous experience with law firms legal consultancies or immigration services.
Familiarity with high-trust consultation-based services.
Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
