Job Summary
Requirements:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and outbound lead generation.
- Strong experience bidding on engineering and software development projects.
- Proven experience handling multiple tech stacks including MERN AI/ML and custom software development.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and project scoping in web AI and software domains.
- Experience writing customized proposals and responding to client queries.
- Ability to identify high-quality leads and convert opportunities into meetings.
- Good understanding of pricing models project estimation and engagement models.
- Excellent written communication and client handling skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation is a plus.
- Self-driven with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant engineering and development projects on Upwork.
- Write tailored proposals for MERN AI/ML and software development opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and align solutions with business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team.
- Manage Upwork profile performance response rate and bidding strategy.
- Track bidding activities conversions and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project scope.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and outbound lead generation (when required).
- Maintain strong client communication and relationship building.
