Company Overview:

Our client a Karachi-based State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI) seeks to appoint an experienced professional for the following roles:

Job Role

As a field agent you will be responsible for acquiring onboarding and managing merchants and dealers onto the companys products.

Key Responsibilities

Identify approach and onboard retailers merchants and dealers within assigned areas.
Educate merchants on company payment methods features benefits and settlement processes
Complete merchant onboarding documentation and KYC requirements accurately and timely.
Provide basic training to merchants on transaction flows refunds and reconciliation.
Address merchant concerns and escalate technical or operational issues when required.
Conduct field visits as per assigned daily/weekly targets.
Maintain accurate records of onboarded merchants activations and follow-ups and submit daily activity reports onboarding status and performance metrics

Education

Minimum 16 years of education preferably Bachelors/Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Management Business Administration Marketing or any related field.

Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of professional experience of field sales or business development preferably within the tech or financial services domain.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Relevant experience in merchant onboarding preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with willingness to travel within assigned territory
Knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance requirements for merchants
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Understanding of Fintech mobile apps and digital payments
