This full-time permanent role involves identifying recruiting and managing channel partners to expand presence across India. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in channel partner acquisition and relationship management to drive growth and build a strong partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify recruit and onboard channel partners ICPs and business associates across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for partner acquisition engagement and retention.
- Build long-term relationships with Retailers builders developers brokers IPCs and investors for partnership opportunities.
- Represent the brand at meetings expos and networking events with potential channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing sales projects) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and business activation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential partnership avenues.
- Drive performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Channel Partner / ICP acquisition and management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Pan-India Retailers Dealersdevelopers brokers and real estate professionals.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in business expansion franchising or investment-based sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Self-driven and result-oriented with leadership qualities.
Preferred Skills / Attributes
- Experience in Jewellery AutomotiveF&B retail franchising or real estate channel development.
- Knowledge of end-to-end onboarding and channel lifecycle management.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills.
- Ability to lead business expansion initiatives.
- Familiarity with licensing and market research.
