The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizations workforce by leading end-to-end recruitment initiatives with precision and strategic insight. The incumbent will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle manage talent pipelines and mentor a team of recruiters while maintaining operational excellence in HR functions such as payroll coordination and employee grievance resolution. With a strong foundation in labor laws and a deep understanding of regional language requirements this role ensures sustainable hiring practices and supports organizational growth through effective talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and closing roles across all levels.
- Drive proactive talent acquisition through job portals LinkedIn employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Manage recruitment vendors and evaluate their performance to ensure quality outcomes.
- Support payroll coordination and assist in resolving employee grievances in alignment with HR policies.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations including the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters / PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment management.
- Demonstrated expertise in statutory compliance labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in payroll handling and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Odia language is mandatory.
