Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
- Work closely with clients stakeholders and internal teams to understand and document project requirements.
- Plan and manage resource allocation and team capacity across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate with development QA and other technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and status reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation communication and project governance.
