Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site management people management material planning and client coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure project progress as per schedule
Manage site engineers supervisors subcontractors and labor teams effectively
Plan monitor and control material procurement and usage
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project updates and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures
Track project timelines budgets and deliverables
Prepare site reports progress reports and documentation
Handle project planning resource allocation and risk management
Requirements
Strong site execution and project coordination skills
Experience in team leadership and workforce management
Knowledge of construction materials BOQ and project planning
Good client handling and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Proficiency in MS Excel project planning tools and construction documentation

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager / Senior Site Engineer
