Job Summary
- Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
PERSONALITY
- Logical thought process
- Ability to stick to strict deadlines
- Ability to work well with people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- HND in computer science or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
