About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Officer to oversee inventory activities across warehouses and collection centres. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records monitor inventory levels and support efficient warehouse operations while safeguarding company assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and supervise stock counts across warehouses and collection centres.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records including purchase orders and pricing.
3. Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
4. Prepare reports on warehouse and collection centre operations.
5. Ensure compliance with company inventory and warehouse procedures.
6. Support procurement quality assurance and value-chain operations
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. 2–4 years experience in inventory control warehouse operations or internal control.
3. Strong analytical documentation and reporting skills.
4. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Good communication and coordination abilities.
