Summary
The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling various administrative tasks coordinating communication managing documentation and supporting the project management team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and site team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain site office supplies ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and site visits.
- Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts permits plans and reports in coordination with the project development team for any project related permits etc.
- Coordinate with external local stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
- Assist in coordinating the delivery and distribution of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Handle expense reports invoices and petty cash usage and monitoring.
- Provide general administrative support to the construction site as required.
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in Business or Office Administration or any related course.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admin related tasks preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering terminology is an asset.
- English and Ilonggo (local dialect)
