Job Summary

Payment Processing & Daily Operations

  • Manage day-to-day processing of customer deposits withdrawals and refunds across multiple payment service providers (PSPs).
  • Monitor payment queues and manually review transactions when required.
  • Ensure timely payout processing according to internal SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile daily payment transactions identifying discrepancies and escalating when necessary.

Player Support & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve payment-related queries from our customer support teams.
  • Communicate professionally with PSPs banks and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve payment flows and customer experience.

Compliance Risk & Fraud Monitoring

  • Conduct payment verification checks including KYC source of funds (SOF) and document reviews.
  • Identify suspicious transactions and escalate potential fraud or AML concerns to Risk/Compliance teams.

PSP Management & Reporting

  • Monitor performance of PSPs track downtimes and report anomalies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transaction volumes and KPI metrics.

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in iGaming fintech banking or payments operations.
  • Strong understanding of online payment methods (cards e-wallets instant bank transfers vouchers).
  • Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends evenings and public holidays.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with risk or fraud tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks in regulated gaming markets.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
