The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Dietary Manager II for the Ludeman Developmental Center located in Park Forest Illinois to serve as Food Services Manager to plan organize direct and evaluate the food services program. The incumbent will manage and direct central dietary operations and orders food and supplies. Supervises planning and preparation of diets and trains professional and para-professional staff regarding food preparation and food nutrition. Monitors clinical dietitians regarding menu preparation and nutritional reviews to ensure compliance with IDPA IDPH CMS DHS and Center policies and procedures.
*This requirement is set forth in the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act (410 ILCS 625/3).
