Job Summary

**Primary Objective** To facilitate engineering design and project management for assigned initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external entities (architects engineers construction teams) to streamline engineering and design efforts establishing well-defined project scopes.

- Mentor Project Engineers fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.

- Develop comprehensive project scopes in conjunction with the project team aligned with the requirements of internal customers. Conduct thorough research evaluation engineering and design processes.

- Oversee project execution ensuring that construction renovation and other project activities are completed within predetermined timelines and budgets.

- Implement and uphold safety policies and standards throughout all project stages ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes adhering to scheduled timelines and budget constraints. Provide periodic reports as required by stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

- Manage project administration and coordinate internal resources efficiently.

- Utilize Microsoft Project for detailed scheduling and tracking of project progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil Electrical Agricultural) is required.

- Previous experience in the poultry industry is mandatory.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong collaboration skills are essential.
