- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Talent Acquisition and 2 years supervisory role.
- 3 years BPO recruitment experience (volume recruitment)
- also open for profiles without BPO experience but must have relevant experience in volume recruitment

- Must have FY25 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
- Tenure of at least 18 months
