Role Overview: Talent Sourcer
OnebyZero is expanding its consulting and technology teams across the ASEAN region and is looking to engage experienced Talent Sourcers with strong knowledge of the local talent markets.
This role focuses on high-quality candidate sourcing and initial screening. The ideal partner should have strong local networks deep market understanding and prior experience sourcing talent for consulting or technology services organizations across ASEAN.
You will work closely with our hiring team to identify and present well-qualified candidates while the internal team will manage the later stages of the hiring process.
What Youll Do & The Impact Youll Have
Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Identify and source qualified professionals from the local consulting and technology talent market
- Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn professional networks referrals and industry communities
Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate experience communication and market fit
- Share well-screened candidate profiles with the hiring team
Market Intelligence
- Provide insights into local talent availability salary benchmarks and hiring trends
- Map talent from leading consulting and technology services organizations
Candidate Engagement
- Build relationships with high-quality professionals in the local market
- Maintain active talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs

Experience
- 48 years of experience in technical or consulting talent sourcing
- Prior experience sourcing talent for IT consulting digital transformation or technology services companies
- Experience supporting hiring across the ASEAN region
Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the local talent landscape
- Established local candidate networks and sourcing channels
Capabilities
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate mapping skills
- Ability to identify high-quality candidates quickly
- Good candidate screening and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a freelance / contract sourcer
