As the Technical Client Onboarding Associate within the service center team you will be responsible for developing relationships with multiple clients while handling their onboarding needs. Specific responsibilities include resolving routine and complex inquiries in a fast-paced client-facing environment; problem resolution via phone or email; educating clients on the products they use for expense reporting; and supporting client engagement with card and e-payable acceptance. Individuals will also serve as guidesassisting clients with reports and new products coaching them over the phone on these products and suggesting best practices based on client needs. This role also involves working directly with clients to provide a best-in-class experience. It requires the ability to work independently and to provide solutions to clients.
