Business Development Manager BPO Client Acquisition

Concert8 is a Canadian BPO with primary operations in Manila. We have over 15 years of outsourcing experience in customer service SaaS support accounting virtual assistance IT support and development. Our focus is on delivering high-caliber talent and measurable results for our clients.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience acquiring BPO clients and securing seats. This role involves full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing deals and direct collaboration with the CEO. You will help shape our growth strategy manage your own pipeline and drive revenue in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new BPO client opportunities in key markets
- Generate leads through outbound calls LinkedIn email events and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs budgets and timelines
- Prepare and deliver proposals aligned with client requirements and pricing models
- Negotiate terms and close new business deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts in the CRM
- Partner with marketing to create campaigns that drive qualified leads
- Provide market insights to refine offerings and positioning
- Report directly to the CEO on sales progress wins and challenges
Qualifications
- Proven track record in acquiring clients and securing seats for a BPO or related outsourcing service
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end sales and business development experience with consistent quota attainment
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) confident in dealing with C-level executives
- Skilled in lead generation outbound prospecting and modern sales tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and exceed targets
- Willing to work in a graveyard shift to match North American time zones
- Must be residing in the Philippines
- Must have a reliable PC/laptop with headset high-speed internet with backup and a quiet workspace
Preferred
- Existing network of BPO buyers in North America or Europe
- CRM experience (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce)
- Familiarity with staffing offshoring or managed services
