Join Freddie Mac as our next Senior Marketing and Communications Strategist to develop and coordinate our Single-Family executive engagement and digital communications efforts. In this role you will serve as a trusted operational and support function to our marketing and communications team. Youll be responsible for managing the Freddie Mac Single-Family content calendar developing and executing content strategies across social media email and executive engagement channels and ensuring alignment with corporate and business priorities. The position also oversees the Freddie Mac Single-Family Speakers Bureau and manages internal digital communications channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Leveraging exceptional writing skills to craft content and strategy for organic and paid social media email internal communications channels.
Collaborating with internal teams to leverage data to inform channel strategy audience segmentation and content preferences.
Understanding the social media ecosystem for our industry community management and flagging relevant content for engagement by Single-Family and/or executives.
Overseeing all aspects of Speakers Bureau management including updating speaker materials coordinating training and reviewing external content.
Setting timelines managing reviews and approval processes for internal and external facing content.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business Marketing or related field.
5-7 years of relevant marketing and communications experience.
Experience using written visual and audio communications across a variety of in-person and digital platforms.
Strong customer service orientation along with outstanding written and verbal communication presentation and editing skills.
Proven ability to define marketing objectives developing strategic plans to achieve them and leading high-quality execution.
Exceptionally high standard for quality accuracy and efficiency.
Experience or knowledge of mortgage industry or financial services is a plus.
Certification or knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94000 - $142000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
