Salary Range: $1500 - $1900 USD per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Company:

Our Client is a growing paid media and digital advertising consultancy that primarily supports creative agencies and small-to-mid-market clients. We act as an extension of our partners teams owning execution across paid media while collaborating closely on strategy creative direction and reporting.

As the business grows were looking to bring on a Paid Media Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution and optimization allowing the founder to focus on strategy client relationships and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on platform work thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow alongside a boutique agency.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing optimizing and reporting on paid media campaigns primarily across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Youll work closely with the founder who will continue to provide strategic direction oversight and feedback.

This is a dedicated long-term role with room to grow as the paid media function and client base expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Build launch monitor and optimize campaigns for small-to-mid-market clients
  • Handle keyword research audience targeting bid management and budget pacing
  • Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions
  • Prepare clear concise performance reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal partners on creative recommendations
  • Implement testing plans (ad copy audiences creatives landing pages)
  • Support retargeting YouTube and basic programmatic or display efforts where applicable
  • Assist with light SEO support or AI-assisted SEO workflows (nice to have not core)
  • Learn and expand into additional platforms over time (e.g. LinkedIn TikTok Pinterest)

What Were Looking For:

  • 23 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns
  • Excellent experience working with paid searches
  • Comfortable executing campaigns with guidance rather than owning strategy alone
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented organized and reliable
  • Comfortable working inside shared tools (Slack Google Drive reporting platforms)
  • Curious and eager to learn new platforms tools and workflows
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools for reporting SEO or optimization
  • Experience in an agency or multi-client environment is a plus

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Exposure to additional platforms (YouTube programmatic LinkedIn TikTok Pinterest)
  • Basic SEO knowledge or experience working with SEO tools
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies
  • Light client-facing experience (agency-to-agency communication)
