Job Summary

Our client is a fast-growing international consumer brand operating across multiple global markets. As their direct-to-consumer (D2C) business continues to scale they are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth and performance through external partners worldwide.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a global environment leads through influence and turns strategy into measurable results.



The Role
You will own and drive digital D2C performance across international business partners working closely with distributors agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure strong execution and continuous optimisation.

Global D2C Performance Ownership

Build and own annual digital D2C marketing plans with international partners
Align plan and manage marketing budgets per market
Define clear activation plans across channels timelines and regions
Guide and support partner marketing teams during execution
Ensure marketing spend is efficient and performance-driven
Track execution results and ROI
Take full accountability for delivery against agreed plans
Present performance and sales insights clearly to stakeholders

Digital Content & Asset Management
Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure all assets are digital-ready
Structure content for localisation and translation across markets
Distribute relevant assets to partners to support D2C execution
Enable local market adaptations while maintaining global brand frameworks
Balance global consistency with local relevance

D2C Website Performance

Support external partners managing local consumer-facing websites
Ensure alignment with annual D2C strategies and correct asset usage
Improve traffic conversion rates and online sales performance
Oversee digital media investment and spend efficiency
Track results and continuously optimise campaigns

What Were Looking For
Proven experience in performance marketing within a D2C eCommerce environment
Strong understanding of paid media analytics and conversion optimisation
Experience working with distributors agencies or external partners across multiple markets
Structured hands-on approach with strong ownership and follow-through
Confidence working with data insights and performance reporting
Self-driven energetic and performance-focused mindset
