Overview
The Finance Manager will play a central role supporting the accounting reporting and operational oversight of U.S. partnership entities and incentive-related structures. The position combines technical partnership accounting with ongoing analytical work tied to allocations distributions reporting and internal stakeholder support. Rather than operating in a narrow task-oriented lane this role is built around ownership and judgment: interpreting partnership agreements ensuring precision in reporting and translating complex data into clear executive-ready outputs.
The role partners closely with internal teams across finance tax legal and operations and regularly supports senior leadership with reporting and analysis. Discretion accuracy and follow-through are critical as the work involves highly sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities
- Own quarterly partnership allocations and distributions including capital account maintenance and reconciliation across U.S. and international participants
- Oversee partnership books and records ensuring accurate reconciliations cash activity tracking and supportable reporting under U.S. GAAP
- Support U.S. and international tax reporting including taxable income allocations K-1 coordination and multi-jurisdictional reporting needs
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders and contribute to special projects process improvements and system enhancements
Ideal Background
- Progressive accounting experience with public accounting (Audit or Tax) strongly preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong experience with U.S. partnership accounting and solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
- Experience in private equity or alternative investments is a plus but not required
