Willison Law PC is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our dedicated PM department in Prescott. This full-time hybrid role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee complex legal projects that drive our firms mission forward.
As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our legal services projects. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and driving efficiency to meet project goals. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the unique challenges of the legal industry and your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the firm.
We offer a competitive salary range of $97000 - $105000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development within our esteemed legal practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple legal projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication among team members and external partners
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the legal services industry
- 5 years of experience in a director or vice-president role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
