As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our legal services projects. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and driving efficiency to meet project goals. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple legal projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication among team members and external partners
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the legal services industry
- 5 years of experience in a director or vice-president role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
