Job Summary
Job Title: Production Manager Sheet Metal Fabrication
Location: Shikrapur Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 25000 To 40000per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Sheet Metal Knowledge:
- Expertise in sheet metal processes materials and production techniques.
- Store Knowledge:
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials.
- Manpower Handling:
- Efficiently supervise and manage production staff to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Machine Operations:
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laser cutting machines and bending machines.
- Production Oversight:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in production management preferably in 4G/LTE or similar industries.
- Education:
- Technical background (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Relocation/Commute:
- Candidates must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Shikrapur Maharashtra before starting work.
