Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
Manage day-to-day client communications and inquiries
Coordinate with internal operations dispatch and logistics teams
Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met
Identify client needs and support customized logistics solutions
Maintain accurate records documentation and account updates
Assist in resolving service issues in a timely and professional manner
Support account growth through strong relationship management
