Resposibilities:
Support the agency to achieve sales targets every year.
Achieve Sales Target (Sales Activities Penetration Agency Activation)
Increase Manpower through Creative Recruitment Activities (BOS NEXT etc)
Development Team Agency ( Evaluation Training Promotion Class )
Develop Core Agents ( Increase SFP MDRT )
Drive Agency Initiatives
Maintain and Develop Quality business (Reinstate Legal and Compliance)
Personal Development (Mastery Agency Compensation Career Reward and Product
Measuring and Reporting
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor-Degree
Minimum of 5 years as Agency Business Development
Good communication skills positive thinking and able to solve agency problems able to motivate conduct training and make presentation materials properly and correctly
Have an experience in leading a team
English proficiency
Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
