Tasks

Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to handover
Manage project scope schedule budget and quality standards
Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee vendor selection procurement and on-site material quality control
Coordinate across disciplines interior design and finishing works
Review shop drawings material submittals and manage RFI processes
Submit regular project status reports to COO/Director

Requirements

S1 Architecture Interior Design or related field
Minimum 3 years PM experience in interior fit-out
Proven track record delivering mid-to-large scale residential commercial or hospitality projects
Proficient in MS Project or equivalent PM tools
Able to read architectural drawings BOQs and technical specifications
Solid understanding of interior construction methods materials and finishing standards
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
