Junior Key Account Manager
As a Junior Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brands main point of contact and trusted advisor you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours.
You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals digital marketing campaign development and growth levers. You coordinate with our in-house teams to ensure collective success driving account NMV and revenue growth while working with business development to explore additional services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Grow account NMV and revenue.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
Strategic Advisory: Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategies promotions and growth levers.
Planning: Develop annual growth plans activation calendars and campaign proposals.
Cross-functional Leadership: Manage teams (Content Store Management Operations Chat) to drive brand performance.
Performance Tracking: Ensure all brand and store KPIs are met.
Execution Support: Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
Operational Excellence: Responsible for product listings pricing submissions and managing team workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 12 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce (ideally with a platform like Lazada/Shopee an enabler or a brand/distributor).
Mindset: Commercial performance-driven flexible and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication listening and negotiation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate it into actionable monthly/annual plans.
Campaign Expertise: Experience in developing digital and ecommerce campaign plans.
Technical Skills: Analytical skills to interpret data for performance improvements; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projects and workflows.
