Job Summary

Job Description: Client Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs and offer suitable products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver exceptional service.
Track and report on client interactions feedback and sales metrics to enhance client experience.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Desired Experience:

1-3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus.
