Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Address client inquiries concerns and needs in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to clients to drive improvements
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and reports to clients
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
