Job Summary

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Account Representative to join our team and serve as a vital point of contact for our esteemed this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing queries and providing support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify and understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services that enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status client engagement and opportunities for further development.

Qualifications :

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role preferably in account management or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
