Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone email and chat
- Address client inquiries resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify and report recurring issues to improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
