Job Summary

Job Description: Live Chat Support at Zambrero

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to customers through live chat on Zambreros platforms
  • Assist customers with product inquiries order placements and issue resolutions
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
  • Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Collate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless support experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service or live chat support roles (up to 3 years)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the food service industry is a plus
