Job Description: Live Chat Support at Zambrero
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to customers through live chat on Zambreros platforms
- Assist customers with product inquiries order placements and issue resolutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
- Collate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless support experience
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or live chat support roles (up to 3 years)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus
