Southwest Florida Home Care is seeking a tech-savvy and empathetic Client Support Specialist to manage our real-time digital communications. In this role you will be the primary voice behind our live chat and secure messaging platforms assisting patients families and healthcare partners with service inquiries scheduling updates and general support. Communication Mastery: Superior written English skills including perfect grammar spelling and the ability to convey warmth through text.
Experience: 12 years in a chat-based support role or healthcare customer service.
Multitasking: Ability to manage 34 active chat sessions simultaneously without compromising accuracy or tone.
Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA and the importance of protecting Patient Health Information (PHI) in a digital space.
Tech Stack: High proficiency with chat software (e.g. Zendesk LiveChat) EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
Florida Standards: Must be able to pass a Level II AHCA Background Screening.
