About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT and digital transformation projects that drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency and productivity. This role partners closely with business technology and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into well-executed programs and projects.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing initiatives end to end including project initiation planning execution and delivery. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional coordination disciplined execution and the ability to manage complexity across multiple workstreams. The primary objective is to ensure programs are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business priorities while maintaining transparency accountability and momentum throughout the lifecycle.

What Youll Do:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or enhanced business capabilities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and manage project plans timelines budgets risks and status updates.

• Coordinate work across teams to keep projects moving forward and teams accountable.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders leadership and project teams.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Identify risks and issues early and work with teams to resolve them.

• Deliver projects in a matrix environment without direct ownership of the product.

What You Bring:

• 6 years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong technical acumen; able to work effectively with IT engineering product and business teams.

• Exceptional planning organization and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of budgeting scheduling and resource management in complex environments.

• Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure.

• PMP Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira Smartsheet or MS Project.
