• Lead the AI product strategy - defining the visionroadmapand success measures for our AIpowered capabilities.

• Mentor and develop a highperforming team of Product Managers empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Partner closely with Engineering UX Data Science Sales Marketing and Customer Success to deliver innovativescalableand adoptable AI product experiences.

• Conduct market research customer discovery and workflow analysis to translate insights into clear actionable product requirements.

• Oversee the endtoend productlifecycle - from defining problems and writing user stories to prioritizing features and managing releases.

• Monitor product usage customer feedback and performance data to continuallyoptimizecustomer outcomes and inform future enhancements.

These are the essentialsyoullneed to get an interview:

• Handson experience building or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products (nonnegotiable).

• Extensive product management experience within enterprise SaaS with a strongtrack recordof scaling successful products.

• Proven ability to synthesize customer insights competitive intelligence and market dynamics into strategic product direction.

• Demonstrated experience writing detailed technical and functional requirements.

• Strong experience working within agile development environments.

• A datadriven mindset with proven ability to use analytics to prioritize investments and measure impact.

• Peopleleadership experiencehiring coaching and developing highperforming product teams.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and nontechnical audiences.
