We are looking for an assertive and adaptable Trainee Operations Support Executive to join our Operations team supporting across HR finance and systems to help our teams deliver our award winning creative communications.

Youll be hands on supporting with the running of the agency coordinating team schedules reviewing resourcing and supporting our systems. Youll be helping to refine our processes and ensuring our administrative outputs are on point. Working closely with colleagues across all teams to make sure our people are supported and have the tools they need to thrive. Youll also provide support to our Edinburgh office such as reviewing mail setting up meeting rooms assisting with events providing runner services as needed (e.g. sourcing props for pitches!) and ensuring we have a tidy and functional office space.
We are flexible in entry requirements with this trainee position and will consider applications for graduate apprentice candidates (wed support this type of candidate through a 4 year paid graduate apprenticeship business management degree on a weekly day release basis at Edinburgh Napier University or an alternative depending on candidates location and would be open to school leavers with a mature outlook returners and career changers) as well as 1 year traineeships for graduates or someone not looking to follow the graduate apprenticeship process.

This role is paid at Real Living Wage for the first 12 months.
