Responsibilities:
Support monitoring and maintain application
Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs
Communicate incident to stakeholders
Resolution and recovery any issue occurs
Requirements:
Undergraduate student (3rd or 4th year) or fresh graduate with major in Computer Science / Informatics/ Information system
Good analytical skills
Familiar with Operating System Linux or Windows
Familiar with software testing (e.g postman)
Familiar with Database (e.g postqresql SQL Server)
Creative and Innovative
Available to join for 6 months internship period
Willing to follow hybrid regulation WFO (3x) & WFH (2x) in South Jakarta
